Hey guys heads up,
Open House is gonna be held on 7, 8 and 9 Jan, which is this coming Thursday to Saturday. I've already put some names on booth duty (booth is at the admin field, next to cheers) on the days, but please, it would be good if you guys be down at the booth ANYTIME you're free. Don't worry about skipping lessons cause I'd request for excuse letters, but if you have a particularly important tutorial/practical please try not to skip it.
The reason why I want you guys to be at the booth for, hopefully the whole day, is that we may be having small impromptu performances at random times, on top of the actual showcases we have to do on the main stage.
Main stage performance slots:
Thursday 7th: 4 - 4.15pm, 2 songs
Friday 8th: 4.05 - 4.10pm, 1 song
Saturday 9th: 3 - 3.05pm, 1 song
BA performances:
3pm for all 3 days
HS performances:
2pm for all 3 days
Attire:
7th Thurs - White top, long bottoms/berms
8th Fri - Black top, long bottoms/berms
9th Sat - White top, long bottoms/berms

Please go down to the booth on your own accord guys cause there's supposed to be at least 3 people manning the booth at all times, and some of the people I put on duty might not be free all the time. Thanks for your co-operation people, and have fun in the new year! I'll be passing down everything (hopefully) to Sanjay after this week's Open House has ended and probably not come down for practices anymore, but I'll definitely come see you guys whenever I'm free! Or maybe we can have like, BB lunch/dinner every Saturday or something so we can all stay in touch.
