Guys man...... was really sad and disappointed with the turn out today, bad juz couldnt describe it. In true old fashion of together as one, if one of us makes a mistake all of us are to be blamed for it - to those who came or about to, we take the blame too. For as long as baracuda has been, we have a standard number of practices a week and at a specific day and time unless there are any announced changes, this week i decided to not call cheng liang and remind him to msg everyone and wow wad a difference there was. Common guys i think we've been in baracuda long enough to noe the routine. Today i want to start the technical training for everyone and also to finish up Technically Difficult and not a single note was being played.
I understand u guys have your commitments and responsibilities but seriously, wednesdays has been like that for so long, i see no excuse for not turning up even when there were no msges sent and i also see no excuse for putting a different plan over that time. By saying this i dont want you guys to turn and do this for me, i want you guys to do it for yourself, for the reason we are in baracuda, for the passion of the music, for the things that brought us together and bond us further as friends or should i say as a family.
Why today could have been a very important practice?
Next week we have a performance did you guys noe that?
Did u guys noe fauzi might not be able to play next week?
Have u guys been reading the blog?
These are the reasons this ONE practice a week means alot, if any of u think we are that good and we dnt need it plz tell me ok? cause from wad i noe we still have visions and promises to achieve.
I know some of you finish late - attachment, work, school; I understand u guys are gonna be late and i have never been anal about u guys bein late as long as u guys have a valid reason because i rather have u guys be late and safe then rush and die somewhere. Please inform me if u cant make it or gonna be late by the weekend before the practice so at least i could plan out something.
Am I being unreasonable about this? I don even see why i should be writing this whole thing in the first place.

No more we gonna baby each other, we will work together in all decisions, we are all individual leaders now, if no one is gonna do anythin someone has to step up.
