Details for upcoming gigs.

These gigs are for Seniors only.


1. Saturday, 30th May: Adidas Sundown Marathon 2009
Venue: Changi Beach (Near Car Park 1)
Reporting Time: 4.30pm
Attire: White top and white bottoms.
Remarks: Attire will be like Circle Line gig. You can choose to wear Baracuda White or any other top, as long as it is WHITE. Everything will end at 12 midnight. Bus will fetch us at 12.30am.

*Reporting Time for NDP rehearsal is at 8am. The bus will fetch us back to school at 4pm and we'll get ready for Sundown gig.

2. Monday, 1st June: NPSU Appreciation Dinner
Venue: FMS Examination Hall, Blk 53
Reporting Time: 6pm
Attire: Baracuda Black, any bottoms.
Remarks: Report at Store Room at 6pm. Everything will end around 8.45pm.

I will update the details of the gigs soon. For now, please take note of the dates.

To guppies: Practices will take a break due to the upcoming common tests. Study well. and make sure to practise hard as well, prove to us you are worthy of performing for Baracuda Batucada and rest assured, one day you guys will have your debut.

Ok so we have 2 gigs this weekend, like finally.

1. Saturday: Opening of Stage 3 of Circle Line
Venue: Serangoon MRT Station
Reporting Time: 8am
Attire: Any White top and White bottoms. (Its time, we wear all white guys!)
Remarks: Performance slots are at 10.10am & 12.40pm. Bus will fetch us back to school after that.

2. Sunday: Saucony Run 2009
Venue: East Coast Park (near Angsana Green)
Reporting Time: 6.00am
Attire: Baracuda White, any bottoms.
Remarks: Avoid wearing long pants, bring shades/hats, its gona be a hot morning again. Bus will fecth us back to school at 12nn.

To seniors:
Since we're staying over in school for the weekend, please bring the necessary toiletries. Pass me the indemnity forms by today but actually by reminding now, it's quite redundant. And we'll have the proper meeting on Saturday.

To guppies:
Next practice is next Monday, same time and place. Please inform me or Yingxin if you're gona be late or whatever. I'm serious about that.
One more thing, you can only come for the Sunday gig, but you'll only watch us. Please text me if you're coming so I'll know if you guys can fit in the bus.

Auditions for Baracuda Batucada has ended and we've already chose the freshies. We have made it clear during the auditions that we will call/text the selected freshies. If you still do wish to join us, you can try again next year as we do not accept too many people in, due to how a batucada band is supposed to run.

We regret if we have disappoint anyone at any point. Please understand our situation. We only get to choose the ones whom stood out during the auditions.

And also, thanks for wanting to be a part of us, we appreciate the support and the effort you guys have given. We hope to see you guys at our future performances/gigs!

To Baracuda applicants

We have called all the shortlisted applicants. Please be at the music room tomorrow by 6.30pm for the practice as instructed during the phone call.

We would like to apologise to those who didn't make it as we promised we would call each and every single one of you if you made it or not. Unfortunately, our tight schedule and the overwhelming number of applicants made it impossible for us to do that. Thanks for trying out though! :)
