Plaza Singapura Performance Update

Ladies and gents listen up!

Here's the plan:

30 November 2007 - Practice at 5pm.
*Please make it a point to come as it is very important.

2 November 2007 - Performance day

• Report at 1600hrs
• Final run thru from 1600 to 1800hrs
• 1800 to 1830 get change and prepare for bus (All White - Baracuda tee. No exceptions for anyone)
• 1910 ETA at Plaza Singapura.
• 2130 ETA back at school

LAUNCH OF THE YOUTH AMBASSADORS
An event in conjunction with the Youth Olympic Games.

Event Time: 12pm-1.30pm
Reporting Time: 11.50pm

Rehearsal: 26 November 2007 (tentative)

*Excuse letters will be given for the event. Please come on Monday to give me your details.

Alright guys and gals, those are your upcoming performances for now. Please... work hard. Especially for the show at Plaza Singapura as it is a big event. And as for the event for the Youth Olympic, if you guys do well and get noticed, they might call us up again if Singapore wins the bid for the Youth Olympic Games.

So... i cannot stress any futher the importance of these upcoming performance.

If possible, try working on a new song to widen our repertoire for the shows.


And to prepare yourself, STUDENTS, pls start studying now cause i understand that your common test are coming. I'll like to advice you that December will be a busy month for you all.

Hi guys.

Wed performances:

-Morning performance @CC
--Reporting time: 8 am
--Attire: All white

-Afternoon performance @lt68e
--reporting time: 4 pm
--What we will be doing: Basically, its just a showcase and letting the campers try the drums and play with us. Those who need excuse letters, please msg me as soon as you read this.

Thursday(22nd Nov) performance CANCELLED

There will be performance on Friday(23rd Nov) for JAM AND HOP. Reporting time 5 pm.

Lastly, tune up your drums by tonight. The clubhouse will be open and you also can do your extra practice with your section/band.

If there is other stuff that I didn't include in, do inform me.

Venue: NP Convention Centre

21 NOV(WED) -RED CAMP(this one is at the Convention Centre)
Reporting Time: 8.30 am
Venue: In School

21 NOV(WED) -RED CAMP(this is for cca event)
Reporting Time: 4 pm
Venue: In School

22 NOV (THUR)-RED CAMP(for FMS)
Reporting Time: 11am
Venue: In School

19th DEC (Wed)- Clementi Woods- The Learning Park
Reporting Time: 8.30 am
Venue: Clementi Park

29th DEC - Performance for DANCESPORT
Reporting Time: 6.00 pm
Venue: School

Practices will still be on Mondays and Wednesdays. Fridays are extra sectionals, optional.

Also, please take note that you are NOT allowed to perform if you do not come for practices. It will not be fair to the rest of our friends who come for practices.

And I will not call/ask you guys whether you are coming or not. Please exercise self-responsibility.
