Be in the clubhouse by 5.30pm for those who finish at 5pm - Need to move the equipment. The rest who finish later, please rush down quickly. If you want to grab a bite, do it before 5.30, but i suggest not because we are gonna eat later anyway.

Bus arriving at 5.45pm and leaving at 6.10 sharp. So kinda like if ur late ur screwed, so do call cheng liang or fauzi and inform them if you are please.

hey guys,i know my departure came as a surprise.i have certain issues and im forced to leave Baracuda.even though ive only performed for a few,it made a huge impact on me.Perfoming with you guys is awesome.Baracuda is my passion.but ill try to come back.when possible.well,lets just say im going to be on a long hiatus...

dzul here. first and foremost, i will like to thank you guys for accepting my request to perform during WIL/KEYS Ceremony on 5th Aug. =)

below are the rehearsal dates:

WIL/KEYS Ceremony (Convention Centre)

29/7 (wk 14) - 12pm-9pm (Rehearsal)

5/8 (wk 15) - 8am-3pm (Actual)



68E (Rehearsal)

28/7 (wk 14) - 12pm-6pm

4/8 (wk 15) - 12pm-6pm

the highlighted dates in red are the dates i really need you guys to come down.

on the 29th july, which falls on a saturday, is our full-dress rehearsal. it will be held in the convention centre itself as you can see from above. thus, we expect everyone to be down for the rehearsal.

on the 5th aug, is obviously the actual event. more info to be confirm soon.

crystal (dance group): i need to confirm with you again regarding certain issues.

np strings: have you decided on your music score yet? i need to see it so that i can show it to the lecturers-in-charge

np barracudas: is it possible if i can come down during one of your practices to see the performance?

to all performers:
i need to know how long is your performance?
what are the logistic stuff you guys need for us to prepare? (e.g. chairs, mics, etc.)

Are your guys able to perform for the above event? Sorry for the pretty last minute request to include a performance in.

The performance should be about 2 to max of 3 min. It is the opening before Principal gives his speech.Do let me know.

Gig on 5th August...

Hey guys..

On 5th August as i've informed u guys that there will be a gig for the School of BA.

It is actually a closing ceremony to end of the fundraising project that BA Cares has been working on for the pass few months.. on top of that, it is also a graduation ceremony for another BA Program, W.I.L.... (dun really know what's that)...

The guy had contacted me and the rehearsal timings are as follow:-

28th July(Friday) -- 12pm to 6pm

29th July(Saturday) -- 12pm to 9pm

4th Aug(Friday) -- 12pm-6pm

5th Aug(Saturday) -- Actual Thing.. timing not confirm yet...

*For these timings, i know it will crash with some of your school timetables... i'm trying to get excuse letters for u guys.. if can't, no worries.. just gather and go straight after lessons... But i need to know what time u guys end school on both fridays..

*On 28th July, We are all expected to be there for rehearsals...

*On 4th July, it's full dress rehearsals... all have to be there except for Attachment Students.. I highly doubt we can get excuse letters for Attachment students.. so we are excuse from rehearsals for fridays..

The performance and rehearsals will all be held in Convention Centre..

Will get Matin or Kooichi to update u guys again...
